Hygiene Guidelines For Buffet Caterer In Singapore

Singapore has a strict guideline when it comes to hygiene. As a buffet catering in Singapore, that is what we need to be thankful for being in a place with with strict guidelines. Our food and preparation are so safe that the risk of any contamination is rather low – or should I say none at all.
We do daily checks for minor checking and weekly check for major checking.

All Buffet catering in Singapore is required to do pest control checks weekly to HACCP yearly. Which we take very seriously.
Minor checking that can be done on the daily are as such:

  1. Personal Hygiene
  2. Hand-washing Steps & Importance of Proper Hand Washing Less
  3. Food Handling
  4. Clean Premises

Our Halal Buffet, also provides gloves should customer request for. Due to Covid situation, a tight guideline has emerged.

However, even now when they are less stringent now, we do have customers who request for this to be followed still.
As a halal caterer & Muslim-Owned Establishment, we are more than happy to adhere to this request should have any.
