Eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd has been established since 2004. We’re a young, driven and vibrant Singapore Halal catering company with many satisfied clients. Our clientele include many government bodies, schools, tertiary institutions, MNCs & SMEs. For the weekends, we pride ourselves in making dreams come true for wedding celebrations, home parties and home community-based events.
Order Cancellation Charges
• 5 Working Days: No Charges
• More than 48 hours: 25% of total bill
• 24–48 hours: 50% of total bill
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of total bill
• Administrative Fee: $30 per cancellation
• Postponement: No charge if new date is confirmed
• Compassionate Cancellation: Charges waived for passing of an immediate family member (subject to reasonable verification)
• Validity: Cancellation must be made in writing (via email) and acknowledged by our consultant
Order Cancellation Waiver Policy
Cancellation charges may be waived for qualifying orders as follows:
• Bento Orders: Waiver applicable for orders above $1,000
• Buffet Orders: Waiver applicable for orders above $2,000
All waiver requests are subject to management approval and must fall within the stipulated free cancellation notice period.
How much is the delivery charge?
All prices quoted are subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST)
• ONE WAY DELIVERY (NO TABLE SETUP)
Mini Buffets, Xtra-Xtra, Packet Meals and Bento Sets, transport charges are $35 for regular days, and $40 for public holidays & eve of public holiday (after 2pm)
(Waived for orders $600 and above - Food Only)
• TWO WAY DELIVERY (WITH TABLE SETUP)
For ALL Buffet menus and other 2 way deliveries: transport charges are $80 for regular days, and $100 for public holiday or eve of public holiday (after 2pm).
(Waived for orders $1,000 and above - Food Only)
• MULTIPLE DELIVERIES (BUFFET)
Full Day Seminar Packages: $120 (4 trips/day), waived for orders $2,000 & above
Half Day Seminar Packages: $100 (3 trips/day), waived for orders $1,500 & above
• MULTIPLE DELIVERIES (BENTO)
Full Day Seminar Bento: $100 (3 trips/day), waived for orders $1,800 & above
Half Day Seminar Bento: $70 (2 trips/day), waived for orders $1,200 & above
Is there additional charges if my event location has no lift access?
BUFFET NON-LIFT LEVEL SURCHARGE
• Non-Lift Access Charges: $40 - $100 per level
• Maximum is 3 levels
• We do not do Buffet Setup on Lever 4 onwards
• Charges may apply depending on order quantity & non-lift level
BUFFET NON-LIFT LEVEL POLICY
• If customers informed in advance & provides Manpower: Add $40
• If customers informed in advance: Add $80
• If customers did not inform in advance: Add $100

Postal Codes starting with the following 1st two digits:
01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23

DISTRICT AREAS (Airport Cargo Complex & Industrial Area)
Postal Codes starting with the following 1st two digits:
60, 61, 62, 63, 69, 70, 71, 81, 82, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Bukit Batok, Sungei Kadot

OFFSHORE AREAS

• Add $20 for Bento & Mini Buffet Orders

Can I extend my buffet order collection time?
YES!
• Extension Charge will be $30 per hour
• Must inform our Sales Team upon ordering
• Otherwise, the extension charge will be $40
• Indemnity Agreement Form to be signed by customers
What are the other surcharges?

Surcharges applies on top of the existing Catering Order Delivery Charge
• EARLY MORNING DELIVERY CHARGES
*Our earliest delivery time is 8:00am | *Minimum order value of $600
6:30am to 7:45am = $50
5:30am to 6:30am = $100
4:30am to 5:30am = $150
(Any delivery time earlier than the above, please contact our Sales Manager)
• LATE NIGHT DELIVERY CHARGES
*Our earliest delivery time is 8:00am | *Minimum order value of $600
8:00pm to 8:59pm = $50
9:00pm to 9:59pm = $100
10:00pm to 11:59pm = $150
11:00pm to 11:59pm = $200
(Any delivery time later than the above, please contact our Sales Manager)
• LATE NIGHT COLLECTION CHARGES
10:15pm to 11:00pm = $100
11:29pm to 1:00am = $150
Next Day Collection = $30
(Indemnity Agreement Form to be signed by customers)
Last Minute Orders
Payment MUST be received via Paynow or Bank Transfer before we confirm the order and deliver
WITH FULL TABLE SETUP
• For orders received after 3pm but before 6pm (for next day delivery)
– additional $30
• For orders received after 6pm or after working hours (for next day delivery)
– additional $50
• For orders received on the day itself (same day delivery)
– additional $80'
NO TABLE SETUP
• For orders received after 6pm or after working hours (for next day delivery)
– additional $25
• For orders received on the day itself (same day delivery)
– additional $30
Allergy Requirements
At Eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd, we understand that you and your guests may have food allergies or intolerances.
While we take every precaution to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, etc.If you or any of your guests have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform us in advance.
Please note that we are unable to provide a special diet for customers who have such food allergies or intolerances. Do inform us of any food allergies or intolerances prior to ordering.
