Eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd has been established since 2004. We’re a young, driven and vibrant Singapore Halal catering company with many satisfied clients. Our clientele include many government bodies, schools, tertiary institutions, MNCs & SMEs. For the weekends, we pride ourselves in making dreams come true for wedding celebrations, home parties and home community-based events.
Cancellation Policy & Charges
• 0% of the revenue - if written notice is received not later than 7 working days before the function date.
• $30 ($32.70 w/ GST) Admin Fee - if cancellation of order takes place between 2-6 working days before function date.
• 100% of the revenue - if cancellation of order takes place on the function date.
How much is the delivery charge?
All prices quoted are subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST)
• ONE WAY DELIVERY (NO TABLE SETUP)
Mini Buffets, Xtra-Xtra, Packet Meals and Bento Sets, transport charges are $35 for regular days, and $40 for public holidays & eve of public holiday (after 2pm)
(Waived for orders $600 and above - Food Only)
• TWO WAY DELIVERY (WITH TABLE SETUP)
For ALL Buffet menus and other 2 way deliveries: transport charges are $80 for regular days, and $100 for public holiday or eve of public holiday (after 2pm).
(Waived for orders $1,000 and above - Food Only)
• MULTIPLE DELIVERIES (BUFFET)
Full Day Seminar Packages: $120 (4 trips/day), waived for orders $2,000 & above
Half Day Seminar Packages: $100 (3 trips/day), waived for orders $1,500 & above
• MULTIPLE DELIVERIES (BENTO)
Full Day Seminar Bento: $100 (3 trips/day), waived for orders $1,800 & above
Half Day Seminar Bento: $70 (2 trips/day), waived for orders $1,200 & above
Is there additional charges if my event location has no lift access?
• BUFFET NON LIFT LEVEL SURCHARGE
For Non-Lift Level 2: Additional $40
For Non-Lift Level 3: Additional $60
We don't do Buffet Setup on Lever 4 onwards
• BENTO NON LIFT LEVEL SURCHARGE
No charges for first 3 levels
Charges may apply depending on order quantity & non-lift level
Delivery Area Surcharges
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT AREA (CBD)
• Additional $10/trip on Postal Codes starting with the following 1st two digits:
01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23
DISTRICT AREAS
• Additional $10/trip on Postal Codes starting with the following 1st two digits:
60, 61, 62, 63, 69, 70, 71, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Bukit Batok & Sungei Kadot
OFFSHORE AREAS
• Add $10/trip for Sentosa Island & Tuas, Add $20/trip for Jurong Island
Can I extend my buffet order collection time?
YES!
• Extension Charge will be $30 per hour
• Must inform our Sales Team upon ordering
• Otherwise, the extension charge will be $40
• Indemnity Agreement Form to be signed by customers
What are the other surcharges?

Surcharges applies on top of the existing Catering Order Delivery Charge
• EARLY MORNING DELIVERY CHARGES
5:30am to 6:29am = $100
6:30am to 7:29am = $50
7:30am to 8:15am = $35
(Waived for orders $1,000 & above )
(Our earliest delivery time is 8:30am)
• LATE NIGHT DELIVERY CHARGES
8:00pm to 8:59pm = $50
9:00pm to 9:59pm = $120
10:00pm to 11:59pm = $150
11:00pm to 11:59pm = $200
(Any delivery time later than the above, please contact our Sales Manager)
• LATE NIGHT COLLECTION CHARGES
10:15pm to 11:00pm = $100
11:29pm to 1:00am = $150
Next Day Collection = $30
(Indemnity Agreement Form to be signed by customers)
Last Minute Orders
Payment MUST be received via Paynow or Bank Transfer before we confirm the order and deliver
WITH FULL TABLE SETUP
• For orders received after 3pm but before 6pm (for next day delivery)
– additional $30
• For orders received after 6pm or after working hours (for next day delivery)
– additional $50
• For orders received on the day itself (same day delivery)
– additional $80'
NO TABLE SETUP
• For orders received after 6pm or after working hours (for next day delivery)
– additional $25
• For orders received on the day itself (same day delivery)
– additional $30
