Mechanics, Terms & Conditions:

- Promotion is valid only for customers ordering on behalf of a school or organisation.
- Orders must be placed using an official school or organisation email address to qualify for the discount.
- Discount applies to the food subtotal before GST only, and excludes delivery, setup and other additional charges.
- Promotion is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or special rates.
- Standard Eatz Catering terms & conditions apply. Eatz Catering reserves the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.
Multi-Day Seminar Savings
Mechanics, Terms & Conditions:
- Valid for Eatz Catering’s Deluxe Full-Day Seminar Package at $30/pax before GST, with a minimum of 30 pax per day.
- Setup and delivery charges:
- 1 Day: $120
- 3 Consecutive Days: $270 — Save $90
- 5 Consecutive Days: $400 — Save $200
- Promotion applies to bookings of 30–79 pax per day. Orders of 80 pax and above will follow the existing transport waiver.
- All dates must be consecutive, held at the same venue, and confirmed under one quotation or invoice.
- Daily pax may vary by up to ±10%, subject to a minimum of 30 pax and increments of 5.
- Includes one delivery, setup and collection per day. Additional trips, venue changes, timing changes and special requirements are chargeable.
- Location, access, early delivery and other applicable surcharges remain payable.
- Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, waivers, vouchers or special rates.
- Amendments, postponements or cancellations may result in charges being recalculated at the standard daily rate.
